Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fulfilment of applicable wagering conditions.
Upon termination or closure of an Account for any reason, the User's access to the Platform will cease immediately.
